About RTBS

RTBS, Inc. was organized initially under the name of Rolling Thunder Business Solutions, Inc. The company’s concept was the brainchild of the founder Andrew P. Russell, a retired Army Officer and tanker with 34 years of service. The name is derived from the Army’s Armor Branch, Rolling Thunder which relates to the loud roar made by Armor Units during missions. A Hispanic American with parents from Cuba and Irish lineage, Russell dreamed about developing a platform to provide access to financial services to the growing migrant community of the United States. His dream took years of development and the collaboration of other shareholders and strategic partners that shared a common vision.  In 2023, after multiple years of development and testing, Latin Pay was complete. Latin Pay is the first digital wallet of its kind that has been fully integrated to banks in the U.S. and abroad.
